T11

Careers

Small teams. High agency.

We hire few people and give them a lot of room. Everyone here is expected to decide, build, and own the result.

Roles are listed only when they are real and open. If nothing below fits you but you think you should be here, introduce yourself anyway.

How We Work

Think. Work. Walk.

We work on our feet. Everyone at T11 runs a persistent AI workspace built on Claude Code and tools like it, with one to five independent agent tasks running at a time. Updates arrive on your phone. You answer by voice, keep moving, and review the finished work properly when you are back at a desk.

We also spend deliberate time out on the tenth-floor terrace, looking over Boston. That is not a break. Standing above a city is how you get the altitude to think past the task in front of you, and the big thoughts do not arrive while you are staring at a screen.

What that means day to day

  • On-site at 855 Boylston Street, five days a week, 9 to 5.
  • 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day. Walking is when the thinking happens, and the agents keep working while you do it.
  • Deliberate time on the terrace, looking out over the city. Altitude is part of the method, not a perk.
  • You direct AI work rather than doing all of it yourself, and you are accountable for reviewing it before it ships.

If you can do the job with a reasonable accommodation, tell us in your application. We will work with you.

Open Roles

Sales Development Representative

Boston On-site Full-time Five days a week, 9–5 $40,000–$120,000

You are the first human contact between T11 and the B2B professionals we build for. You open the conversation, work out quickly whether there is something real in it, and route the ones that matter. What you say in the first thirty seconds sets the tone for everything that follows, so this role goes to someone who can be direct without being forgettable.

What you will do

  • Own first touches with B2B professionals across outbound and inbound channels.
  • Research accounts and build target lists that are worth a real conversation, not a blast.
  • Qualify interest honestly and hand off the right conversations to the right people.
  • Keep an accurate record of every account, conversation, and outcome.
  • Bring what you hear in the market back to the people building the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Based in Boston and able to be on-site five days a week, 9 to 5.
  • Able to sustain 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day as part of how we work.
  • Clear, direct writing and speaking. You can hold a cold conversation without a script.
  • Comfortable with volume and with being told no.

Compensation

$40,000 – $120,000

Base range for this role, per year. Where an offer lands inside it depends on experience. Standard benefits.

We would rather hire one person who moves than five who wait.

No Role Listed

Introduce yourself anyway.

We keep a short list of people we want to work with before there is a role for them. Engineers, designers, operators, growth builders. Tell us what you have built.
